OUR STORY
Pondok Salero started as our family’s restaurant in the early 2000s, with our grandmother running the kitchen. Cooking and serving authentic Indonesian food together brought us closer as a family.
Today, we’re bringing Pondok Salero back to share our family’s West Sumatran recipes with the Inland Empire. Her legacy lives on in every meal we prepare.
